Overall 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing the delivery and large Data projects
Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
Good exposure to AWS, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, Stream sets, and Data Bricks
Should be able to work with C-level executive in providing thought leadership, program status, metrics, etc
Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, and exposure to SAFe would be an advantage
Prior project management experience with the financial domain is a plus
Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures
Develops project plans and drives project milestones
Establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders
Provides day-to-day direction to project resources
Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets
The role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word, and Visio
Strong at managing cross-functional teams
Needs expert communication, presentation skills, and financial management
