Responsibilities

Experience:

  • 7+ years of proven, strong, and recent experience in performance testing, including application profiling, capacity tuning, and scalability
  • 7+ years working with one or more application performance monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace
  • 5+ years of proven, strong, and recent experience with performance engineering and performance tuning
  • 5+ years of experience with performance test scripting and execution, with load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Fiddler, Firebug, JProfiler
  • Experience as an application developer or software engineer, preferably in a web development environment 
  • Experience with performance data analysis, performance tuning, and performance monitoring for web/eCommerce, preferably with a strong Java background
  • Expertise in analyzing applications under testing to identify stress, failure, and contention points and specifying monitoring needs for testing 
  • Experience in a Web Server, Application Server, and Database performance tuning 
  • Strong experience with UNIX/Linux
  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, Stash)
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris) is a plus
  • Understanding of Java, JavaScript, PHP, Spring, web frameworks, and other software development languages and tools
