Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CMS content, product catalogs, and digital assets to ensure accurate, high-quality information across all E-commerce channels.
  • Implement SEO strategies, monitor analytics, and provide insights to improve site visibility, user engagement, and conversion rate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website performance, checkout processes, and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and IT teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Perform platform testing, upgrades, and quality assurance to maintain consistent performance, compatibility, and user experience.
  • Monitor daily site operations, promptly escalate incidents, and collaborate with vendors or support teams to ensure business continuity.
  • Document system changes, update operational procedures, and ensure compliance with security, performance, and content management standards.
