Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in progressive quality testing and have 4 years of experience in automation testing
- Should have proven experience using various automation testing tools that include HP, Selenium, SoapUI, DVO, or other similar tools
- Should have proven experience using Databases for troubleshooting along with client-side technologies, including HTML, Java, JavaScript, and HTTP
- Ability to design and build complex QA environments
- Knowledge of developer tools can be an added advantage
- Ability to produce product delivery schedule through execution of automated test suites on various platforms
- Should establish an automated environment for complex user interface and non-UI testing
- Ability to identify and analyze defects in documents, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software programs
- Should be able to design a strategy for analyzing complicated software system
- Ability to train test automation engineers and QA analysts on executing automated scripts and performing error research
- Should always be updated on the latest technologies, trends, and strategies
- Ability to assist employees, vendors, and customers by clearing their doubts about automation processes, procedures, and services
- Should determine the technical needs, gather requirements, and make recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Ability to work on cloud-based applications is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, and work independently
- Preferred to have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and respect among colleagues, and adhere to company policies
- Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
