Responsibilities

  • The desired candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in handling software projects preferably dealing with clients directly
  • Should possess good hands-on experience in report generation using MS Excel / PowerPoint
  • Should have a strong understanding of the project and take care of deliverables as per the timelines
  • Scheduling periodic team meetings with clients/teams, and updating the status  to all the stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and implement complex product development strategies and programs spanning business and technical product areas
  • Should have experience  preparing support schedules, along with weekly/monthly reports
  • Conducting periodic reviews of underestimated and overestimated tasks to educate resources on accurately estimating their efforts
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to capture the team's progress and forecast risks and  mitigation plans
  • Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept challenges
  • Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
