Responsibilities

  • The candidate should identify and document the impact of change initiatives and strategies within the organization that lead to defined activities 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement, monitor readiness, and drive sustainability efforts for post-go-live adoption
  • Facilitate and support monthly change agent meetings and other stakeholder engagements through Adoption Phases
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze needs, and synthesize all the findings to support change and transition initiatives
  • Develop materials for production and inventory as well as Master Data Governance
  • Manage all aspects related to cross-functional change management, communication, and documentation
  • Adeptness in using advanced tools and software like project management change management
