Responsibilities

  • The desired candidate should have experience in creating custom email templates and content blocks to meet specific marketing needs and enhance user engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing workflows, including email segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking within SFMC
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate business requirements into technical email solutions, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
  • Implement and optimize dynamic content in emails using SFMC’s scripting languages to deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize email performance and provide actionable insights
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms such as CRM systems or external data sources for improved campaign targeting and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email rendering, deliverability, and system integrations within SFMC
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, SFMC updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve email marketing strategies
  • Implement tracking and tagging strategies for emails using UTM parameters and other tracking methods to support reporting and analytics in SFMC
