The dynamic candidate should lead the installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and related tools
Establish and manage SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to improve functionality and enhance operational efficiency
Ability to monitor SQL Server performance with tools like SQL Profiler, Performance Monitor and Dynamic Management Views (DMVs)
Elevate your database performance by mastering the art of query tuning, implementing savvy indexing strategies and making smart resource adjustments
Create and implement solid backup and recovery plans to protect data and ensure its availability
Manage database security by configuring user access, roles and permissions to safeguard sensitive data
Work closely with IT support and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
Must provide support for database-related projects, including migrations, upgrades and integrations
Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server architecture, tools and technologies, including SSMS, Data Tools and Azure Data Studio
