Responsibilities

  • Design and modify SAP HR onboarding workflows to enable seamless transitions from candidate to employee through automated processes.
  • Implement SAP US Payroll by managing payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance to optimize payroll efficiency.
  • Develop SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ensure accurate employee lifecycle management, position structures, and role-based permissions.
  • Integrate SAP HR modules with third-party applications and internal tools to enhance data flow and interaction.
  • Analyze complex HR operations and translate them into scalable SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Must perform system enhancements, such as scripting, custom rules, and automation, to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical resolutions and ensure system stability through strategic monitoring and support.
  • Ability to conduct system testing, regression analysis, and documentation to maintain compliance and ensure a smooth HRIS environment.
  • Train HR teams on best practices, process optimizations, and new system features to drive user adoption and efficiency.
