Lead the execution of the EDI roadmap, focusing on containerization, DevOps integration, and application version upgrades to enhance system efficiency.
Manage and maintain EDI test and development environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Provide technical support to EDI development teams, assisting with mapping, business processes, XSLT development, and troubleshooting.
Design, develop, and maintain reusable components such as business processes (BPs), maps, and workflows to streamline EDI operations.
Evaluate system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain seamless operations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and database teams for disaster recovery, OS patching, and database upgrades.
Work closely with business stakeholders and EDI developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Investigate and troubleshoot production EDI system issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
Must have experience designing and building complex flows in IBM Sterling Integrator using business processes, XSLTs, Sterling Maps, and ITX Maps.
Maintain and update technical documentation to provide clear guidelines and best practices for system management and future enhancements.
