Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and custom applications.
  • Lead technical design and architecture for enhancements across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and related platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, workflows, and custom applications following ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Build, support, and optimize integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Server, IntegrationHub, OAuth, and SAML authentication.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve platform issues, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Configure and maintain platform security including ACLs, roles, permissions, and access controls to meet enterprise governance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Support platform administration, system upgrades, documentation, testing, and deployment activities across ServiceNow environments.
  • Drive platform best practices, provide technical leadership, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure secure, maintainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
