Responsibilities

  • Develop automation scripts and custom functions/routines using reusable components, data-driven, and hybrid frameworks
  • Develop batch files to execute automated tests overnight without any user intervention.
  • Create reporting utility to report execution results in HTML format to report validation status (pass/fail) along with requirement id, test case id.
  • Create well-defined automation strategy and automation scripts with low maintenance and reasonable/acceptable implementation cost with greater ROI
  • maintenance of automation scripts using keyword-driven, data-driven, and hybrid framework; using tools such as Selenium
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player; focused on analytical problem solving and delivery
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform as part of a team

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Selenium Automation experience using C-sharp and JAVA
  • Specialize in design, development and implementation of automation frameworks using Selenium, Katalon, Groovy, GitHub, etc.
  • Extensive work experience on Core Java, JavaScript, TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins
  • Proficient in Defect Life Cycle Management using ALM
  • ISTQB or equivalent
  • Testing Tools: UFT, ALM 11, QTP, JIRA, Rally, VersionOne
  • Programming Languages: VB Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, XML, Java, JavaScript, C, C++
  • Operating Systems: Windows, Unix, Linux
