Responsibilities

  • Perform Technical Leadership role for the Product Delivery Team
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure Cloud technologies
  • Design, Develop, Deploy, and Test MS Dynamics CRM Dynamics 365 Service Module (CRM) system enhancements and a variety of custom business applications
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other lines of business applications
  • Experience designing APIs
  • Support transition to a stable FCS CRM production solution
  • Support the establishment of effective and automated DevOps processes
  • Support the establishment of an effective solution technical governance model
  • Support the ongoing design of the FCS CRM solution? Support the enhancement of FCS CRM architectural governance
  • Support the effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 features
  • Support process to optimize Azure consumption costs
  • Support suppliers providing project delivery and production support services

Qualifications

  • 5-8 Years Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experience 
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud Experience
  • MS Dynamics Adv. Marketing, Sales and Service Modules experience 
  • Must be able to communicate technical concepts in a way that can be understood by non-technical resources 
  • Innovation and Forward-thinking Attitude
  • Strong Communication, Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
