Responsibilities

  • The candidates will have an opportunity to involve in the recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates
  • Should be able to work closely with the Sales and Presales team in recruiting talented pool to expand Team Miracle globally
  • Should have basic knowledge in the Recruitment process is an added advantage
  • The candidates should be ready to work in US time zones
  • The candidates will get special incentives on hiring qualified candidates
  • Candidates with any degree including B.Tech/PG/MBA of 2020/2021 pass-outs are eligible for this position
