Position Description:
Our team is responsible for the contact center CRM technology used globally, specifically supporting case management software, chat, Telephony, SMS, and more communication channels. We are looking for a Software Engineer that will be responsible for configuration and deployment. Will also triage support tickets and manage production launches.
Skills Required:
Solid Experience - MS.Net, MS Dynamics 365, Javascript/jquery Experience in Call center products - Telephony / Chat Experience in versioning tools - Github / Bitbucket
Education Required:
B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
