Responsibilities

Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking to add Manager of Recruitment. This position is at Global Headquarters in Novi, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the role and a high potential of promotion within 2 to 4 years.


Responsibilities:

  • Work on being Liaison between business units, managing the recruitment team of 40+ recruiters and leads.
  • Own the recruiting responsibilities aligned with a service line through search/market strategy, develop strategies for creating candidate sourcing, client management, data analysis, employer brand building in the market.
  • Lead the geographically dispersed recruitment and sourcing teams to proactively build diverse candidate pool while leveraging all available talent acquisition channels to execute recruitment of market-leading technical talent for the business.
  • Manage difficult situations with Director and provide support as appropriate in negotiations, questions, etc.
  • Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to determine future talent needs; set and drive sourcing strategies through market research and other available avenues.
  • Build, engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing recruitment team in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Work on RFPs, proposals and Rate Cards, coordinating with Sales team.
  • Manage and work with sourcing team to ensure they source the right candidates and keep them abreast of latest technology, keywords and trends.
  • Attend local and non-local career fairs to represent organization and identify potential candidates.
  • Work with Sales team on identifying opportunities and work with SSG (technical team) on evaluation of potential candidates.
  • Work with marketing team on designing and executing social media campaign planning and execution.
  • Identify and create short-term and long-term goals, milestones and benchmarks for Key Performance Indicator Metrics.
  • Track and monitor those KPIs for recruitment teams.
  • Track Job postings on different job boards and ensure that organization standards are being followed.
  • Keep abreast of new recruitment trends and train the team on the same.
  • Play an active role in recruit, onboard and retain the staff.
  • Work on employee relations including support regarding personnel and job-related conflicts, problem solving and dispute resolutions.
  • Educate existing and new employees on organization policies and ensure that they are administered consistently.
  • Attend regular daily and weekly meetings with recruitment team on status and drive the meetings with KPIs as north star.
  • Work closely with Operations team (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Immigration, Onboarding and Payroll) on executing offer letters and contracts.
  • Assist the leadership team with planning of recruitment, staffing and budgets; prepare and present reports as needed.
  • Ensure the team adheres to set standards and principles for recruitment life cycle.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Thorough understanding of IT Services business model and Organization policies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn the organizations software and applications.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
  • A proven track record of influencing leaders on recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a single point of contact partnering with business units to collaborate on recruiting strategy and delivery.
  • Act on data and insights and use analytical skills to create, measure and scale workflows.
  • Experience working in a Global environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or Management Information Systems.
  • At least four years of experience in related areas such as job classification.
