Responsibilities

  • The desired candidate should have extensive knowledge of EDI logistics flow and other related transactions
  • Should be proficient in B2B integration, testing, product support, and implementation of Sterling Integrator 6.1
  • Ability to train other Business analysts and ensure every person assigned to you gets enough work from the queue
  • Ability to communicate concisely with clients and stakeholders to know their requirements
  • Should be part of a business call done by teammates and make sure they are providing correct information and solutions to customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues daily and make sure all the SLAs are met
  • Should keep track of all the projects processes in the particular month and review the project status before going live
  • Preferred to have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challenges
  • Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
