Responsibilities

  • The desired candidate should have over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with good knowledge of JIRA, Agile principles, and Scrum practices
  • Should create or curate training materials for team members and stakeholders, including guidelines, best practices, and documentation on project critical activities
  • Should lead key Agile events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Should proactively identify and eliminate impediments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery
  • Provide expert guidance on Scrum principles and practices, helping teams adopt and optimize Agile methodologies for efficient project execution
  • Ability to identify and address conflicts or challenges within the team, promoting a positive work environment that enhances creativity and productivity
  • Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challenges
  • Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
