Responsibilities

  • The suitable candidate should create and implement robust EDI services using OpenText TLE to simplify data exchange between trading associates
  • Guide exhaustive testing of EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, keeping with standards, and smooth operations
  • Continuously support current EDI services, resolving any issues and ensuring top-notch performance
  • Should have secure and smooth data transfers by setting up and configuring AS2, FTP, and SFTP connections with trading partners
  • Work closely with internal teams and trading partners to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of EDI solutions
  • Constantly monitor EDI transactions and data flows, addressing any differences or issues that appear in real-time
  • Stay updated on the latest EDI standards and best practices and bring fresh insights into  EDI service improvements
  • Ability to provide training and support for team members and  enhance their overall EDI knowledge
  • Maintain exhaustive documentation of EDI processes, configurations, and changes for future reference and subordination
