Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional SAP support with expertise in SAP SD/LO to tackle complex system challenges head-on to ensure smooth operations and an effortless experience for users
  • Customize and configure SAP SD/LO modules to meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with other systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to outbound delivery posting, quotation errors, billing invoices and other SAP SD/LO processes
  • Manage and update customer master data, sales groups and shipping information to provide accuracy and consistency
  • Take charge of addressing and resolving challenges in e-way billing, output determination and related processes to drive seamless and efficient functionality
  • Monitor batch job failures by boosting the timely processing of automated tasks and troubleshooting as needed
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and resolutions
  • Utilize your ABAP skills (if applicable) to enhance SAP functionality and drive efficient troubleshooting to optimize system performance
  • Conduct ongoing system improvements to keep SAP SD/LO processes optimized and running efficiently
