Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) modules to enhance sales, order management, pricing, billing, and shipping operations.
  • Implement and support SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with core business operations.
  • Design and manage pricing procedures, credit management, rebates, and invoice processing for accurate financial transactions.
  • Oversee logistics execution, including shipping, transportation, and warehouse management integration, to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain EDI/IDoc interfaces for seamless data exchange and integration with third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP SD/LO solutions with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Monitor system enhancements and upgrades, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance policies, and best practices while implementing SAP SD/LO solutions.
