Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage complex batch workflows aligned with enterprise scheduling requirements and best practices.
  • Build new job schedules in TWS/TDWC, ensuring adherence to client-approved standards and automation frameworks.
  • Modify existing job streams and jobs as needed based on business or operational change requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to scheduling requests using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or internal dashboards.
  • Monitor daily production schedules and troubleshoot job failures or delays with expert-level analysis.
  • Deliver training and technical guidance to customers on using TWS and TDWC tools effectively.
  • Recommend workflow optimizations and improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with application and operations teams to ensure scheduling solutions meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and participate in defining standard procedures.
