Responsibilities

  • Design and develop flexible Blue Prism processes for use across business units.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to understand requirements and convert them into technical RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable business objects to promote standardization and accelerate delivery.
  • Incorporate logging, audit, and exception-handling frameworks that meet compliance and enterprise security standards.
  • Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
  • Participate in peer reviews and testing cycles to ensure robust and error-free automation.
  • Monitor Bot health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve exceptions in live environments.
  • Provide status updates, attend review calls, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle automation delivery analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience integrating with external systems like databases, APIs, Excel, and ERP solutions.
  • Strong grasp of Blue Prism’s queue management and logging frameworks.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira or ServiceNow).
