Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Secure new accounts in Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, IBM & more. 
  • Client Engagement: Develop & maintain strong customer relationships. 
  • Market Expansion: Build a professional network to uncover new opportunities. 
  • Client Management: Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. 
  • Sales Coordination: Work with Account Managers to align business efforts. 
  • Onsite Client Visits: Meet clients regularly to explore new opportunities. 
  • Consultant Placement: Identify client hiring needs & facilitate placements. 


Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT services. 
  • Strong understanding of Java, SAP, AI, Cloud, IBM, and related technologies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
