Responsibilities

  • Configure and support core SAP SD processes across sales, order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation.
  • Implement and maintain pricing procedures, credit management, rebate agreements, and invoice processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, and technical teams to design, integrate, and optimize business processes.
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces, and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
  • Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
  • Provide production support and contribute to continuous improvements in SD operations.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and deliver user training /support to enable smooth process adoption.
  • Analyze market or regional sales trends to align SD configurations with evolving business requirements.
