Responsibilities

  • Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • Set up and maintain computers, servers, and connected devices, including patching and updates.
  • Support Office 365, Intune Portal, network printers, and warehouse operations equipment (including Zebra and mobile printers).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and storage to ensure secure and reliable access.
  • Maintain LAN, WAN, internet, and internal network systems, along with virtual and physical servers running Windows Server 2012–2019.
  • Ensure server and system security following best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform and verify routine backups while maintaining NAS/SAN storage.
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation for environment setup, standard procedures, and IT changes.
  • Work with teams, vendors, and contractors to implement IT solutions, participate in strategic planning, and effectively communicate with local and global teams.
  • Address critical issues swiftly, participate in capacity planning, and ensure service levels are met.
