Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, both remotely and on-site.
Set up and maintain computers, servers, and connected devices, including patching and updates.
Support Office 365, Intune Portal, network printers, and warehouse operations equipment (including Zebra and mobile printers).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and storage to ensure secure and reliable access.
Maintain LAN, WAN, internet, and internal network systems, along with virtual and physical servers running Windows Server 2012–2019.
Ensure server and system security following best practices and regulatory compliance.
Perform and verify routine backups while maintaining NAS/SAN storage.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation for environment setup, standard procedures, and IT changes.
Work with teams, vendors, and contractors to implement IT solutions, participate in strategic planning, and effectively communicate with local and global teams.
Address critical issues swiftly, participate in capacity planning, and ensure service levels are met.
