Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform across environments, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Design and customize workflows, forms, and UI components to streamline ITSM processes and enhance user experience.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, operational insights, and service performance metrics.
  • Gather business requirements, document user stories, and translate them into technical enhancements for ServiceNow modules.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST or SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange and automation.
  • Manage ServiceNow releases and upgrades, ensuring compatibility, conducting regression testing, and maintaining platform stability.
  • Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset records to ensure data accuracy and alignment with governance and IT asset policies.
  • Document platform architecture and configurations, and provide technical support for production issues resolution.
