Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for finance, followed by sales, and operations as part of a phased delivery approach.
  • Build and maintain governed semantic models to ensure consistent KPIs, metrics, and calculations across reports.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, insight-driven visualizations with detailed trend analysis.
  • Optimize Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and report performance to support enterprise usage.
  • Validate reports against source systems and curated Gold-layer data to ensure accuracy and trust.
  • Manage secure publishing, sharing, and access using role-based access control(RBAC).
  • Replace manual and spreadsheet-based reporting with standardized analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers on data availability, model structure, and refresh strategies.
  • Participate in sprint demos, stakeholder reviews, and ongoing report enhancements.
