Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary SME for Workday across HCM, payroll, recruiting, benefits, and planning modules, ensuring system performance, integrity, and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday, including workflows, validations, and approvals.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and support HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
  • Configure security policies, organizational structures, business process frameworks, and eligibility rules across modules.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and workforce analytics for decision support.
  • Build and manage integrations using EIB, perform data loads, and troubleshoot integration issues with internal and external systems.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting through Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with HCM data.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and act as escalation point for complex system issues.
  • Support release management, testing, change initiatives, and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance standards.
  • Support and configure annual HR cycles including performance reviews, merit planning, compensation planning, and open enrollment processes within Workday.
