Serve as the primary SME for Workday across HCM, payroll, recruiting, benefits, and planning modules, ensuring system performance, integrity, and compliance.
Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday, including workflows, validations, and approvals.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and support HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
Configure security policies, organizational structures, business process frameworks, and eligibility rules across modules.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and workforce analytics for decision support.
Build and manage integrations using EIB, perform data loads, and troubleshoot integration issues with internal and external systems.
Support workforce planning and forecasting through Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with HCM data.
Provide L2 and L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and act as escalation point for complex system issues.
Support release management, testing, change initiatives, and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance standards.
Support and configure annual HR cycles including performance reviews, merit planning, compensation planning, and open enrollment processes within Workday.
