Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 to maintain stable and efficient ERP performance.
  • Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Configure Dynamics NAV modules and oversee system customizations to support evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to improve business processes and system utilization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver ERP enhancements, integrations, and support activities.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot ERP issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational continuity.
  • Support ERP integrations, data validation, testing, deployment, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Recommend process improvements and ERP optimization strategies to enhance productivity, reporting, and overall business performance.
