Responsibilities

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years hands-on experience with the  SAP Sales and Distribution(SD) module
  • Integrate SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM) with SD processes to streamline customer data updates and ensure consistency
  • Manage and maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to outbound delivery postings, billing invoices, and other SD processes
  • Analyze and improve processes, including output determination, quotation handling, and sales order processing
  • Should lead and participate in related projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation
  • Ensure SD and CCM processes comply with company policies and industry best practices, to drive continuous improvement 
  • Work closely with other SAP modules and business units to ensure smooth integration and data flow
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
