Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement EDI processes supporting logistics and supply chain transactions.
- Manage and support EDI integrations between internal platforms and external trading partners.
- Oversee technical setup validation and testing of EDI messages, including orders, invoices, and shipping notices.
- Partner with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to translate business needs into EDI requirements.
- Map end-to-end business processes to EDI workflows to ensure accurate and real-time data exchange.
- Gather document functional and technical requirements for the latest evolving EDI initiatives.
- Monitor EDI transmissions to identify failures, delays, and data inconsistencies before operational impact.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues
- Execute end-to-end testing and onboarding for new trading partner formats and transaction types.
