Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across enterprise, mid-market, and small business accounts while managing complex procurement cycles.
  • Own revenue targets and drive consistent month-on-month and year on year revenue growth.
  • Identify, hire, and onboard high performing IT services sales teams aligned with business expansion goals.
  • Deliver hands-on coaching for cold calling, outreach execution, objection handling, and sales pitch delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute targeted outbound demand generation campaigns.
  • Define and optimize the end to end sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal submission, and customer success transition.
  • Govern CRM usage ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting accuracy, contract documentation, and data integrity.
  • Develop sales collateral including proposals, case studies, and tailored pitch decks aligned with market positioning.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as deal size, win rate, sales cycle length, and pipeline velocity to ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations including CCPA.
