Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations with Model Context Protocol (MCP) services to enable automated backend workflows.
  • Develop and manage API driven integrations using REST services, platform events, and external services.
  • Work across integration layers including MuleSoft, ESB platforms, and Kafka messaging systems.
  • Translate business requirements into reliable Salesforce MCP integration architectures.
  • Handle backend data synchronization, payload processing, and service orchestration activities.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis across connected systems.
  • Manage JSON and XML payload structures for seamless system communication.
  • Support backend data updates, validation processes, and operational monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure reliable enterprise integration delivery, with healthcare domain exposure considered an advantage.
