Responsibilities

  • Analyze platform usage trends and recommend capacity adjustments aligned with workload demand.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Informatica components across Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments.
  • Design hosting strategies based on performance, cost, and usage patterns, including support for transactional replication across environments.
  • Implement and manage disaster recovery solutions for critical Informatica systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in data warehousing and transactional systems.
  • Collaborate with database teams to ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable data structures.
  • Monitor Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and Azure components along with server health using automated checks and proactive alerts.
  • Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and RCA documentation.
  • Support deployment activities, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting including daily status, audits, and escalation management, and participate in WSR, QBR, and YBR reviews.
