Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy Windows endpoint patches using the Kaseya RMM platform across POS devices and retail infrastructure environments.
  • Coordinate Windows patching across distributed endpoints, such as POS terminals, kiosks, store servers, and payment devices.
  • Ensure patch deployments are executed without disrupting store operations in airport retail environments.
  • Monitor endpoint health, investigate system anomalies, and track device availability across large-scale endpoint fleets.
  • Manage updates for Windows operating systems, BIOS, device drivers, security software, and endpoint encryption configurations.
  • Create monitoring alerts, dashboards, and health reports using tools such as PRTG and system diagnostic logs.
  • Support automation initiatives for monitoring, patch validation, and incident creation using frameworks and scripting technologies.
  • Integrate monitoring alerts with ServiceNow ticketing workflows and assist service teams in incident resolution.
  • Investigate patch failures or endpoint outages, document troubleshooting steps, and support system stability across business-critical POS environments.
