Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for infrastructure, server, endpoint, and end-user issues across enterprise environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure alerts, incidents, and operational dashboards while escalating critical issues based on SLA requirements.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution for connectivity, login, patching, and basic server-related operational issues.
  • Support infrastructure operations including server and endpoint patch deployment, validation, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage backup operations by monitoring job execution, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring compliance with retention policies.
  • Maintain asset inventories, configuration records, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to support operational continuity.
  • Track and report recurring incidents, patch compliance metrics, backup success rates, and infrastructure-related operational data.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams on support priorities, escalation handling, handoff procedures, process alignment, and continuous operational improvements.
  • Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives, budget tracking, and infrastructure cost reporting while supporting global IT operations and governance standards.
