Design, configure, and develop STIBO STEP solution components including business rules, workflows, imports, exports, endpoints, and web UI features.
Implement STIBO STEP best practices and develop detailed technical designs covering physical data models, workflows, configurations, and integration processes.
Write, review, and approve technical specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements, enterprise policies, and architectural standards.
Support data modeling, data migration, and Customer MDM initiatives while integrating upstream and downstream applications through batch and real-time interfaces.
Lead development, code migration, deployment, and data load activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality objectives, and release management processes.
Coordinate with STIBO support teams and product vendors to resolve platform limitations, manage support tickets, and provide technical evidence and justifications.
Identify data quality improvement opportunities and implement validation, correction, and process optimization strategies to improve master data accuracy and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test scenarios, support defect remediation, prepare training materials, and assist with end-user training activities.
Create deployment artifacts, release instructions, and technical documentation while supporting code validation, production deployments, and post-production stabilization across STEP environments.
