Handle day-to-day SAP FI and ABAP application support by resolving incidents, addressing user requests, and keeping business processes running without disruption.
Review change requests and implement functional enhancements including field additions, validations, report updates, and screen modifications.
Write, debug, test, and transport ABAP programs required for application enhancements and production changes.
Apply SAP FI knowledge across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting to address functional and technical requests.
Configure and manage interfaces between SAP and enterprise applications using IDocs, REST APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
Assist with Workday integrations involving employee master data, organizational data, payroll, and HR processes through SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, or related middleware.
Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes to improve application stability and data accuracy.
Work closely with onsite teams, business users, and functional consultants to validate requirements, review solutions, and coordinate production activities.
Take part in testing, transport deployments, and post-release verification to confirm successful implementation of application changes.
Prepare technical documentation, follow SAP development standards, and complete support activities within established SLA commitments.
