Responsibilities

  • Plan and apply patches, updates, and upgrades to keep the SAP systems up-to-date and monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to optimize SAP system efficiency
  • Implement and manage robust backup and recovery strategies to safeguard SAP system data and ensure business continuity
  • Work closely with clients to identify business challenges and enhance client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
  • Assess the current processes, identify areas of improvement, and suggest technology solutions
  • Research and implement solutions for basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using SAP Best Practices
  • Able to quickly grasp new concepts, excel in high-demand work environments, and be ready to accept diverse challenges
