Responsibilities

  • Provide round-the-clock support for Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Monitor and maintain cloud components (AWS/Azure/GCP) related to Informatica (e.g., Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL).
  • Manage incident resolution, ensure environmental stability, and maintain SLA compliance.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, and platform performance optimization.
  • Assist with TLS/SSL certificate management and OS patching for Linux/Windows.
  • Support database client configuration and connectivity (Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, Teradata).
  • Help with Zena Scheduler setup and job execution monitoring.
  • Provide basic support for SSH/PGP key management, cloud networking (NSGs), and storage configuration.
