Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, enhancements, and best practice adoption across the organization.
Configure and customize core Sales Cloud components, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Campaigns, to align with business sales processes.
Design and implement automation solutions such as workflows, approval processes, process builders, and validation rules to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of sales data from legacy systems, ERP platforms, and marketing platforms.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including ERP solutions and marketing automation tools, using APIs and middleware to enable seamless data flow and process continuity.
Execute comprehensive unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide post-deployment support, training, and documentation to confirm smooth adoption and ongoing optimization of Sales Cloud features.
