Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, enhancements, and best practice adoption across the organization.
  • Configure and customize core Sales Cloud components, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Campaigns, to align with business sales processes.
  • Design and implement automation solutions such as workflows, approval processes, process builders, and validation rules to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of sales data from legacy systems, ERP platforms, and marketing platforms.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including ERP solutions and marketing automation tools, using APIs and middleware to enable seamless data flow and process continuity.
  • Execute comprehensive unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide post-deployment support, training, and documentation to confirm smooth adoption and ongoing optimization of Sales Cloud features.
