Design and develop customized ServiceNow ITSM catalog items, workflows, and scripts to support seamless service delivery and process automation.
Collaborate in code walkthroughs, conduct thorough testing, and address defects to ensure high-quality, stable, and maintainable solutions.
Operate within an Agile development environment, preferably using ServiceNow Agile 2.0, to deliver iterative improvements and respond to changing business needs.
Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and system integrations to support secure and efficient platform functionality.
Hold an active ServiceNow ITSM certification. A ServiceNow HRSD certification is highly desirable and considered an added advantage.
Contribute to platform governance and help establish best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration across the enterprise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process owners and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
