Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized ServiceNow ITSM catalog items, workflows, and scripts to support seamless service delivery and process automation.
  • Collaborate in code walkthroughs, conduct thorough testing, and address defects to ensure high-quality, stable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Operate within an Agile development environment, preferably using ServiceNow Agile 2.0, to deliver iterative improvements and respond to changing business needs.
  • Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and system integrations to support secure and efficient platform functionality.
  • Hold an active ServiceNow ITSM certification. A ServiceNow HRSD certification is highly desirable and considered an added advantage.
  • Contribute to platform governance and help establish best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process owners and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
