Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and stability of ServiceNow ITSM applications through structured QA processes.
  • Apply QA testing practices with a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM workflows and configurations.
  • Perform sprint-based testing and backlog tracking within the ServiceNow Agile 2.0 framework.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional and regression test cases aligned with sprint goals.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify logs and track defects, ensuring the timely resolution of issues.
  • Operate independently from day one with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintain at least two hours of daily work overlap with US-based teams for effective coordination.
  • Enhance QA processes by utilizing clear documentation and effective use of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and other agile systems.
