Responsibilities

  • Oversee SAP functional consultants across multiple modules and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Direct solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for core SAP functions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
  • Review and validate functional specifications, process flows, and design documents.
  • Monitor integration needs across modules and coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive adoption and readiness for SAP S/4HANA environments and related innovations.
  • Establish support standards, resolve escalations, and improve system stability and performance.
  • Manage resource planning, task allocation, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Communicate regularly with business stakeholders to define priorities and enable informed decisions.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
