Responsibilities

  • Design and configure templates in OpenText Core Capture to enable automated sales order creation in SAP for ZOR order types.
  • Configure and validate OpenText Core Capture integration on SAP RISE environments to support secure and reliable processing.
  • Ensure end-to-end OCR-based sales order processing, from document ingestion through SAP sales order creation.
  • Assess and configure support for new file formats in OpenText Core Capture updates,  including spreadsheet-based inputs (e.g., XLS/XLSX)  
  • Coordinate with SAP OTC functional teams to align capture logic with sales order processing requirements and business rules.
  • Support issues resolution related to OCR accuracy, data mapping, and sales order creation to maintain processing consistency.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and operational steps to support future reference, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
