Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support HR analytics and workforce reporting initiatives.
  • Create and manage HR metrics including headcount, new hires, terminations, attrition, intern tracking, recruiting performance, and review analytics.
  • Build executive-level dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data models to ensure reporting accuracy and performance.
  • Work with existing datasets, reporting tables, and data assets within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), Microsoft Fabric, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake environments.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Apply data modeling best practices to support scalable, maintainable, and high-performing analytics solutions.
  • Validate data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure consistency across dashboards and KPI measurements.
  • Support workforce analytics initiatives by delivering meaningful insights, maintaining documentation, and implementing ongoing dashboard enhancements aligned with business objectives.
