Responsibilities

  •  SAP support experience with cross-functional and configuration expertise
  • Exposure to ABAP and respective SAP scenarios that exist in the SD/LO module
  • Ability to drive functional conversations and presentations with end-user clients for SAP SD modules according to business requirements
  • Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to outbound delivery postings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and rectify errors in Sales quotations and work with sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient quotation management
  • Maintain and update  customer’s Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency 
  • Resolve issues related to E-Way billing to ensure compliance and smooth billing operations
  • Monitor and manage batch job processes to ensure successful execution and promptly resolve any failures.
