Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Eightfold AI applications, including end-to-end issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Perform regression testing and validation of fixes and enhancements to confirm system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and required technical and functional documentation.
  • Work closely with business users to understand functional requirements and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Analyze and enhance existing Eightfold AI configurations, integrations, and relevant RICEFW Objects based on defined functional requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills while coordinating issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Flexible working hours to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones when required.
