Migrate reports from legacy BI platforms to Power BI, including report rationalization, metric validation, data reconciliation, and user acceptance support.
Define and support a KPI Registry covering business definitions, calculation logic, ownership, lineage, certification, and governance.
Work with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into data models, semantic layers, Power BI solutions.
Support AI-ready data foundations through governed datasets, trusted metrics, metadata, lineage, and reusable semantic models.
